Charm Theory is an Austin-based, woman-owned jewelry brand celebrating fandom, fashion, and Texas pride. We design charm-based jewelry that lets you personalize your game-day look — and elevate it for every day.

All our pieces are crafted with PVD gold-plated stainless steel for lasting shine and durability. PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a coating technology that vacuum seals the coating of 18K gold directly onto 316L surgical grade stainless steel. This produces a harder and more corrosion-resistant coating than electroplating. Because these pieces are so durable they are tarnish resistant for years with normal wear.  We also use mother-of-pearl, Austrian crystals, and CZ stones— no cheap plastics, no throwaway trends. Just jewelry made to last.

Yes. We avoid plastics in both our products and our packaging. Every detail is thoughtfully chosen to reduce waste while keeping your unboxing experience fun and premium.

Absolutely. Many of our necklaces and bracelets are designed with charm-keeper connectors so you can add, swap, or layer charms and crystals. Build your own look — team colors, jersey numbers, initials, or just sparkle that feels like you.

Our pieces are low-maintenance, but we recommend:

• Storing them in a jewelry pouch when not in use
• Avoiding harsh chemicals (like perfumes sprayed directly on jewelry)
• Giving them a gentle wipe with a soft jewelry cleaning cloth to remove debris and restore shine

We want you to love your jewelry. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

• Return Window: You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.  Custom and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Custom or Personalized Pieces: Because these are made just for you, they are final sale and not eligible for return.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How to Add or Remove Charms

Your Charm Keeper uses a spring clasp — a small circular ring with a lever that opens inward. It’s designed to let you swap charms quickly and securely.

To Add a Charm:

1. Grip and Press: Hold the charm keeper steady in one hand. Use your thumb to gently press the small lever inward — this opens a gap in the ring.
   
   
2. Slide On: While holding the lever down, slide your charm or crystal onto the open section.
   
   
3. Release: Let go of the lever to close the clasp — it will snap shut automatically, securing your charm in place.

To Remove a Charm:

1. Press to Open: Press the lever inward again to create a gap.
   
   
2. Slide Off: Gently guide the charm out through the opening.
   
   
3. Release: Let the clasp close.

Tip:
Work over a soft surface (like a folded towel) to avoid dropping small pieces while swapping charms.
