At Charm Theory, we want your shopping experience to be as effortless as slipping on your favorite necklace. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship and how we handle returns.


Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow your sparkle on its journey.
  • International Orders: We do ship worldwide! Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

  • Return Window: You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.  Custom and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Condition: Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Custom or Personalized Pieces: Because these are made just for you, they are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • Refunds: Once we receive your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@charmtheory.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
  3. Pack it securely (preferably in the original packaging) and ship it back to us.

Our jewelry is designed for durability — sweat, shower, and swim safe — but if you ever experience a problem with quality, please reach out. We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to feel confident every time you wear our jewelry.

Charm Theory is an Austin-based, woman-owned small business. Our jewelry is designed for durability, elegance, and everyday wear. All content, images, and product designs on this website are the property of Charm Theory and may not be used without permission.

2. Products & Availability

  • We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colors and details. However, variations may occur.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to discontinue or update items at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Charm Theory does not store credit card details.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, errors in product description, or pricing mistakes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping times may vary depending on carrier and destination.
  • Once shipped, risk of loss passes to the customer.
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We want you to love your jewelry! If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 14  days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. 
  • Final sale custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.

6. Care & Use

We recommend using a jewellery polishing cloth to remove debris and restore the shine to your jewellery.  Our jewelry is crafted to be durable and water-resistant (sweat, shower, swim safe). However, normal wear and tear may occur. Charm Theory is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or neglect.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, content, and branding are the intellectual property of Charm Theory. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charm Theory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas.
