Shipping and Returns

At Charm Theory, we want your shopping experience to be as effortless as slipping on your favorite necklace. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship and how we handle returns.


Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.

Delivery Time: Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow your sparkle on its journey.

International Orders: We do ship worldwide! Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

  • Return Window: You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.  Custom and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Condition: Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Custom or Personalized Pieces: Because these are made just for you, they are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • Refunds: Once we receive your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@charmtheory.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
  3. Pack it securely (preferably in the original packaging) and ship it back to us.

Our jewelry is designed for durability — sweat, shower, and swim safe — but if you ever experience a problem with quality, please reach out. We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to feel confident every time you wear our jewelry.
